This Privacy Policy applies to anyone who visits our website, places an order, or contacts us at help@quellovix.com . Quellovix is the data controller for all personal information collected through our platform.

We operate under Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 548), the PDPO, overseen by the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data (PCPD). Everything we do with your data aligns with the six Data Protection Principles within the PDPO: collecting only what's necessary, keeping it accurate, using it only for its stated purpose, securing it properly, being open about our practices, and respecting your right to access or correct it.
What We Collect and Why
We collect your name, email address, delivery address, and payment details when you place an order or get in touch. We also gather basic browsing data, device type, pages visited, IP address, automatically through cookies and analytics tools. None of this is collected out of curiosity. It's used to process orders, respond to enquiries, improve our website, and, where you've opted in, send you updates about Quellovix.
Who We Share Your Data With
We do not sell your data. We work with trusted third-party providers, payment processors, delivery partners, email platforms, and analytics services, who access your data only to perform specific tasks on our behalf. If we're ever legally required to disclose your information, we'll do so in line with Hong Kong law.
Your Rights
Under the PDPO, you can request access to the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct anything that's inaccurate. Send a request to help@quellovix.com and we'll respond within 40 days. You can also withdraw marketing consent at any time through the unsubscribe link in any email we send. Complaints can be directed to the PCPD.
Data Security and Retention
We use HTTPS encryption and restrict internal access to personal data. We keep your information only as long as necessary, order records for at least seven years per Hong Kong tax requirements, and other data until it's no longer needed.
