These Terms and Conditions apply to every person who accesses the Quellovix website, browses our product pages, or places an order, regardless of whether a purchase is completed. By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you are using this website on behalf of another person or entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind them to these terms.
3. Our Products
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, sizing information, and pricing displayed on our website are accurate. However, slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to screen settings and display differences across devices. These variations do not constitute grounds for a return unless the product materially differs from what was described.
Prices are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change. The price displayed at the time you place your order is the price you pay, no adjustments will be made after your order is confirmed.
4. Placing an Order
When you place an order on the Quellovix website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected item or items under these terms. Your order is confirmed once you receive a confirmation from us via email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, for example, if an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, if there is a pricing error, or if we have reason to believe the order is fraudulent. In any such case, you will be notified promptly.
Please ensure that all information you provide at checkout, particularly your delivery address, is accurate and complete. Quellovix cannot be held responsible for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
5. Payment
Quellovix operates on a Cash on Delivery (COD) model exclusively. No payment is collected at the time of ordering. You pay only when your order is delivered to your door. This is a deliberate choice; we want you to feel confident about every purchase before a single dollar changes hands. No card details, no upfront charges, no risk on your part before you've seen what you ordered.
6. Shipping
All orders are processed internally for 2 working days before dispatch. This time is used for packaging, quality checks, and handover to our delivery partner. Once dispatched, delivery is completed within 2 to 3 working days, bringing the total fulfilment timeline to 4 to 5 working days from the date of order. 7. Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched . Since all orders go through a 2-working-day internal processing period before they are shipped, this is your window to cancel without any issue.
To cancel, contact us as soon as possible at help@quellovix.com with your order details. We will confirm whether dispatch has already taken place. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it immediately and confirm this to you in writing, no charges, no deductions, no complications.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. At that point, if there is a valid issue with the product upon delivery, you may initiate a return in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. Cancellations are not accepted for orders that are already in transit.
8. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery where the product is damaged, incorrect, or does not fit upon arrival. Accepted returns are collected from your location free of charge. Following inspection, completed within 1 working day of the item reaching us, you may opt for an exchange or a full refund. Refunds are processed via bank transfer within 1 working day of validation, though the amount may take 9 to 10 working days to reflect in your account depending on your bank. 9. Your Personal Data
When you use our website, place an order, or contact us, you share personal data with us. Quellovix handles all personal data in strict accordance with Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 548), the PDPO, and the six Data Protection Principles it establishes. We collect only what is necessary, use it only for stated purposes, and do not sell or misuse it in any form. During the shipping process, your delivery information is shared with our logistics partners solely to fulfil your order. During refund processing, your bank details are requested via email and used only to complete the transfer. 10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Quellovix website, including product photography, written descriptions, branding, and design, is owned by or licensed to Quellovix. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any part of our content without written permission. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action under applicable Hong Kong law.
11. Limitation of Liability
Quellovix is not liable for losses that arise from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including delays caused by third-party delivery partners, force majeure events, or errors resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer. Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the value of that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability for matters that cannot be excluded under Hong Kong law.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any dispute arising from your use of our website or from a transaction with Quellovix will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
